All RVs must meet the following standards upon entry and throughout the stay. Management reserves the right to inspect and deny/refuse entry or continued stay for non-compliance.

1. Verification of current registration and insurance is required for all RVs and tow vehicles.

2. The RV must look and function as originally designed by the manufacturer.

   • Doors, shrouds, panels, windows, coverings, and all factory components must be intact and not unsightly.

3. The exterior must present a clean, well-maintained appearance.

   • Free of obvious poorly repaired damages, patches, or temporary fixes.

4. Tarps are prohibited for weatherproofing or any covering purpose.

   • Awnings must be in good working condition with no tears, missing hardware, or improper deployment.

5. No air conditioning units may be installed through walls or windows (e.g., no window AC units or wall cutouts).

6. All hoses, electrical cords, water lines, sewer connections, and wiring must route exclusively through factory-designed ports and openings.

   • No improvised routing through windows, doors, or cut holes.

7. The exterior must be free of:

   • Duct tape

   • Repair tape

   • Excessive caulk

   • Any other temporary or non-professional repair materials
